Specializing in precise and high complexity moulds for injection machine clamping force tonnage ranging from 35 to 850 Tons, our core competence include high cavitations mould, insert-moulding, collapsible core, interchangeable inserts, automatic unscrew mould, sequential mould and two-shot (2K) mould.
To ensure the quality and reliability of our injection moulds, we take pride in every process of our mould fabrications down from stringent material and accessories selection to strict dimensional control. Our full-scale Quality Control Department are diligent in making sure that precision and accuracy are preserved throughout all processes to prevent unnecessary time wastage on re-works which in turn offers the utmost value towards our customers.
With regular investment in leading-edge technologies and machineries, we are equipped with advanced mould manufacturing facilities that not only enable us to have a production capability of approximately 40 – 50 sets of injection moulds per month, but also to provide the most competitive lead-time that are tailored to our cutomer’s requirements.

Our productive and efficient Engineers have vast experience in the trouble-shooting of injection molding processes, and are capable of ensuring that our tools are free from technical issues prior to tool transfers. All this while making sure that we adhere to strict on-time delivery of tools. Besides that, our Engineers are also dedicated to providing value-added support from the initial Design for Manufacturability (DFM) phase and all the way through to after-sales service support.
